If you would like your anxiety diagnosis as soon as possible, we can call you within 24 hours to complete the semi-structured interview which usually lasts 10-15 minutes. Based on your self-test and the semi-structured interview, we will send you medical records reflecting your anxiety diagnosis (if warranted) for a cost of $99. You only pay once you are approved.
